"2nd Quarter Significance™" FORUM Series

The Phoenix Leadership FORUM, "2nd Quarter Significance™", FORUM Series is based on a curriculum and process, which focus on three key elements and is targeting couples 30-45 years old.

  • "Prepare the Soil" (Being/Identity): Understanding who God is, who you are as an individual, who your spouse is, who you are as a couple and who you are in Christ. Character-Relationships
     
    a. FORUM #1 - Servant Leadership
    b. FORUM #2 - Walk with God
    c. FORUM #3 - Keep Yourself In Check and Understand Your Spouse
    d. FORUM #4 - God's Design for a Couple
     
  • "Plant the Seed" (Knowing/Thinking): Introducing couples to key biblical principles, which are critical to living "A Life of Significance", and bring to life through processes and tools, which make them practical to live by. Competences-Engagement

    a. FORUM #5 - Discovery (Listening-Communication)
    b. FORUM #6 - The Reins of Time (Time Management)
    c. FORUM #7 - Stewarding Money
     
  • "Produce Fruit" (Doing): Processing couples through the living out of their faith as individuals and as couples for maximum impact on the families, friends, churches and the community they influence. This will give them a true life of meaning and significance. Calling-Multiplication

    a. FORUM #9 - The World Around You (Understanding the Culture)
    b. FORUM #10 - Influencing Your Family and Friends, and Engaging Your Church, Community and Marketplace
    c. FORUM #12 - Culture Change (Personal and World Evangelism)

FORUM Series Distinctions

  • Process driven not Event driven.
     
  • Application driven not Theory driven.
     
  • Provides reinforcement throughout the program through monthly FORUMS, practical applications, group interaction, couple-to-couple interaction, spouse-to-spouse interaction, peer mentoring, traditional mentoring and technology based tools between the FORUMS.
     
  • Assessment tools which track progress.
     
  • Intimate atmosphere, interaction with facilitators and real relationships are established.
